By using the Prelination website and service (prelination.com) or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. About the service
Prelination is a digital online service — subject-wise question banks, model tests, explanations and performance analytics for BCS, NTRCA, Bank and Government job preparation. It is operated by ExID, the company behind Prelination. After successful payment, access to subscription features is granted instantly (digital delivery); no physical product is shipped.
3. Account & eligibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- An account is for personal use only; login credentials must not be shared with others.
4. Payment terms
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), inclusive of or plus applicable VAT/tax as indicated.
- Payments are processed securely through the SSLCOMMERZ payment gateway (cards, mobile banking such as bKash, internet banking, etc.).
- At checkout, you must agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before confirming your order.

5. Legal compliance & permitted products
Prelination and its services fully comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. We provide only lawful and permitted educational digital services. No banned, illegal or prohibited product or service is sold or promoted on this platform.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful, personal educational purposes.
- Do not copy, distribute, resell or republish content (questions, explanations, etc.) without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt platform security or interfere with other users' experience.
7. Merchant (our) responsibilities
- Provide timely, secure access to the subscription features as described.
- Protect customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Process valid refund requests in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All Prelination content, branding, logos and software are owned by ExID and protected by applicable law. They may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee any specific exam outcome. To the extent permitted by law, ExID shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect once it is published on this page.
